Some of the toolbar buttons that can be added but have no icon:
Sort By Date, Sort By Size, Sort By Type, Sort By Group, Show Date, Show Size

In addition to the lack of icons, some of the buttons have the same name (such as Size and Date). Thus, it is impossible for the user to know which icons perform which actions. There is a workaround for the user, to define custom icons, however this workaround is not practical because of the available icons none have unique pictograms that both describe the action and are not already in use in other places in KDE (with different meanings).

If I understand correctly, this report and bug 190656 are talking about the same probelm.
