Sorry, but this is not a valid way to forward bugs from the distros. Just add 
me (same email as KDE bugzilla) to the red hat bug instead.

Could not reproduce. Fedora Rawhide as of 09/04/2009. Gnome 2.27.91 and KDE 4.3.1

I have the same problem with a fresh installation of kubuntu 12.04. I've tryed different chat window types.

The problem is not limited to yahoo service, it is the same with skype


Reproducibility: always

~$ kopete -version
Qt: 4.8.1
