Description Martin van Es 2009-07-22 10:12:20 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.96)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When (inline) renaming files in Dolphin and copying them afterwards, the original filename is used instead of the new one. The workaround is to refresh the view in which the files were renamed.

Proof of renaming problem

The attached file shows the source and destination directory. After I had renamed the left view, I ended up with copies with the original name.
I rename using the inline-rename feature and copy using ctrl-c, ctrl-v.
