Version: 0.70.90 (using KDE 4.2.96) Compiler: gcc 4.4.0 OS: Linux Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package When I deselect the "show all" button in the Kopete toolbar to hide all offline contacts, Skypeout (i.e. Skype phone) contacts are shown nonetheless. This clogs the contact list unnessessarily and makes the feature (hiding offline contacts) pointless. I suggest that Skypeout contacts should either not be shown when offline contacts are hidden, or alternatively sorted so that they appear below all regular online contacts. In the latter case I would futher suggest to choose a different, less obtrusive (possibly grey) icon as status icon to the left of the user name to make it more obvious that this is not someone online to chat, but an 'offline' phone. Thank you for your attention.
I have the same problem. In fact this is the only reason why I'm not using the skype plugin, half my contact list is filled with phones :(
It is in TODO list (http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdenetwork/kopete/protocols/skype/TODO?view=markup): - add option to hide all SkypeOut contacts If you agree, I can setup offline status for all skypeout contacts now. Maybe later I add this options in account properties widget.

I think this would be the best solution. Hide them for now, make it configurable later. Thank you for your efforts! I really appreciate it!

Ok
Sory for late, I fix it 5 days ago in trunk and backported to kde 4.3. It will be in kde 4.3.1
Awesome! Thank you! :)
I'm using KDE 4.3.3 on openSUSE 11.2 and all my SkypeOut contacts are shown as online in Kopete 0.80.2 :(
