Description Knut Johansson 2009-07-21 02:51:17 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.96)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

KGet fail to keep the correct file name and replace it with folder name in the select destination dialog.

When a download is opened KGet suggest /home/mysuser as
download location, when opening the select destination dialog it opens a regular save as dialog. But this dialog opens in /home and fill in myuser as the filename.

This should be fixed with #188673 (this dialog isn't opened anymore at all).
Comment 2 Knut Johansson 2009-07-22 23:43:11 UTC
Just updated, and it seems like indeed the dialog and the problem is gone, grate news. Not only the bug is gone, but that abomination of a dialog is gone too. Great work :-)

Thanks, marking as fixed, then. I haven't checked whether that dialog is completely gone though, it might be that it's still used somewhere else in kget.
