Version: (using KDE 4.2.96) OS: Linux Installed from: SuSE RPMs I add to my desktop the system-monitor for hard disk usage but there are no mount points when I try to configure it, the plasmoid is useless because shows nothing. Is this a bug or something related to my distribution (openSUSE 11.1)?
Bug 200876, temperature monitor doesn't shows temperature, bug 200861 disk monitor plasmoid doesn't shows mount points... could them be related?

Problem also appears on Debian unstable (kde 4.3). On one machine I added it in 4.3 and the problem appears. On another machine I had it already in 4.2, it worked. I upgraded to 4.3 without changing the configuration and it kept on working. I removed it and added it again and now I don't have any mount points detected. Hope this helps, Romain

I have also this issue on Gentoo. Mount points from Disk space monitor have disappeared after upgrade from 4.2.4 to 4.3.

Ok, I'll reopen the bug, I've found this bug already reported but, like you've wrote on bug #202721, it wasn't that, probably I've had pasted the wrong bug id... now the problem is to find again the other bug :-)
Which locale are you running? This might be related to bug 192970.
CONFIRMED patch from bug 192970 resolved my problem. regards
