Description freund_und_helfer 2009-07-19 22:28:17 UTC
Version: 0.10.0 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic

I want to reduce the list of supported file types. E.g. I wount to include *.ogg, *.wav, *.wma , also the *.gif. But all these file types are includes by standard installation of digicam. Looking at user forums in the internet I found the solution for older versions of digicam, to edit the list of supported file types. Looking in my installation - the dialog box is empty, I just can ADD new file types, but not REDUCE the installed list.

This is a hidden feature, but also not so commonly used. It's documented in the "What's this" help:
Just put a "-" in front of the suffix to exclude, e.g. "-ogg".
