Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.23-0.1-default

RMB on a pdf file in the header opens a popup save/open - click on open - the full list of apps is opened

this only happens the first time - IMHO the attachment is not loaded/available yet

after opening the attachment at the bottom - it works also from the header

Settings IMAP + laod attachment on demand

Tested in KDE 4.4 and both work as expected
