The commit above caused a strange bug, that makes rekonq "handle" clicks with the middle mouse button as clicks with the left mouse button.
This means that e.g. opening new tabs with the middle mouse button, by clicking on a link, does not work anymore.

Commenting out the lines from the commit above and recompiling rekonq, does solve this issue

partly fixed as of today:

Middle clicks on the bookmark toolbar are still handled like a left click

This was fixed some time ago :-)
