Description Thomas Pircher 2009-07-16 10:55:21 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

When I insert new words in the vocabulary and I change between columns with different keyboard layout, then the first typed letter is still in the old layout.

Steps to reproduce:
- Use a vocabulary file with 2 different keyboard layouts, e.g. en, ru.
- enter a word in English, then switch to the Russian column, by using the arrow keys
- type one character, which will be still from a English keyboard
- type more characters, which will be cyrillic

Workaround:
If you change columns by typing the <tab> key then the keyboard layout will be correct from the first letter.

Thomas,

I can not reproduce this bug because i can not move to another column with the arrow key. It does nothing. (Parley 0.92-snv)

Can you still reproduce this?

Using the tab and enter keys, I can't reproduce this bug anymore (I used to be able to).
