Version:            (using KDE 4.2.96)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install KOrganizer 4.3.0 RC1 and create a default calendar.
2. Upgrade to 4.3.0 RC2
3. Run Korganizer
4. Akondai migration dialog appears; resources migrated successfully.
5. Close Korganizer
6. Run Korganizer again

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Korganizer opens with akondai resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Akondai migration dialog appears again, though says the resource has already been migrated.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This issue appears every time Korganizer is started after the upgrade, not just the second time.

I am still seeing this issue in 4.3RC3. The migration dialog also appears when using konsolekalendar.

This is still an issue in 4.3.0.
