Description Hans-J. Ullrich 2009-07-14 18:30:33 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Dear maintainers,

just before I send a real bugreport, just a question:

Problem: Kmail is no more able to play wav-files for messages (just starts, and stopping after 1 second), but OGG-files are played well.

Question: Is kmail using a built in player (compiled in), or is it using an external player (like play, artsplay, kplayer whatever) and lets play soundfiles?

If not compiled in, which one does it use?

If compiled in, this is a bugreport!

Thanks for reading this mail.

Best regards
Hans
