Description Maciej Pilichowski 2009-07-13 17:51:37 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.90)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I know the tree (left pane) is not a toolbar, but it serves similar purpose -- so please add what it is useful for toolbar. Configurable size of the icons. I have hi res and icons currently are too small.

After a thought, it would be too much to post such micro-reports. The wish includes also:
* size of the text (in the tree)
* _separately_ the same for the right pane (list of the sections)
Comment 2 Ben Cooksley 2009-08-10 09:42:01 UTC
The size of the text in the tree view is governed by Global KDE settings, same for the text in the right pane.

Ben, I know they are currently controller by global settings, but my point is usually on the right in intro mode there are 6 items. It would be perfect to make them bigger (up to the user) so clicking would be easier.

This is very similar to Konqueror web page (or intro page) -- sure you have defaults, but you have also <h1> tags and similar, and what's more you (user) or you (page author) can override the defaults.

Going even further, Konq. has ability to increase/decrease font size on the fly, exactly for that purpose.

Please reconsider and reopen this report, thank you very much in advance.

I'll accept the reasoning for the right side pane and see if it is possible to add some configuration for that.

right pane

Ben, thank you. Just in case -- the screenshot with right pane shown.

And since we recently talked about search editbox, I included this one too in the screenshot.
