Description LXj 2009-07-12 12:18:02 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

I have 2 monitors, one is 1680x1050 (set as primary) and another is 1024x768. I have a horizontal panel on both screens, and I noticed that every time I restart Plasma, all widgets on a panel on a bigger screen are moved to the left (so there appears an odd empty space on the right side of the panel). If I add and then remove a panel spacer or any widget, Plasma "notices" that something is wrong with widgets placing, and layout is corrected (so adding and removing any widget removes that empty place)

I guess there is some problem with the fact that one of my screens is 1680 pixels wide, and another one is 1024. So when Plasma starts, it places widgets on the panel as if my wide monitor had the same width as another one
