Description Andreas Wenning Rangholm 2009-07-08 17:04:31 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

In the list of entries the line-height will suddenly be doubled/tripled/more if the title of the entry contains line-breaks. This happen if the entry is on the first page of the list.

When the entry is further down the list, the line-breaks are translated into a long space. This translation should happen all the time to keep a consistent line-height. Currently changing the sorting might in some cases change the line-height of all entries.

I can confirm this in KDE 4.2.95 (4.3 pre-release)
Comment 2 Denis Kurz 2016-09-24 19:38:47 UTC
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of akregator (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 3 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 22:29:42 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
