has the wrong link for "Build instructions"

The current link is:

which is the instructions to build TRUNK.

The link should be:

The build instructions are mostly the same in the 4.X releases, but I will fix that link and provide a patch really soon.

I think that since the pages for subsequent releases used the same template that this error is going to occur with all new releases unless the template is changed.
