Version: 2.3.0 (using KDE 4.2.90) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages I would like Gwenview to have some shortcut keys for image view and management. Right now i am using XnView on Windows and i find some of its shortcut keys very usable, especially for zooming (space for next, +, -, *, / on numpad for zooming). Here is the list of shortcut keys form XnView documentation: Viewer Mode Shortcut Keys Viewing Function Shortcut Function Shortcut Zoom in (make larger) + (plus) Show/hide Tool Bar Ctrl+Shift+T Zoom out (make smaller) - (minus) Show/hide Status Bar Ctrl+Shift+B Zoom to original size * (asterisk) Show/hide pixel info Ctrl+Shift+I Zoom lock (for next image) Ctrl+/ Show/hide file spec info I Fit image to window, all / (slash) Fit image to window width Numpad 1 Fit window to image Ctrl+T Fit image to window height Numpad 3 Note: The four punctuation characters mentioned (plus, minus, asterisk, slash) may be entered either from the numeric pad or the non-numpad keys. You can define keyboard shortcuts to match XnView through the "Settings > Configure Shortcut..." menu.
Thanks for the reply. I have two questions^ 1. Can an action have several shortcuts - so for example zoom in would be both ctrl++ and numpad+? 2. I can name new scheme xnview and export it. But how do i import saved shortcut schemes in Gwenview - i havent found such feature? Thanks P.S. I meant default shortcuts, but thanks anyway
Screenshot about exporting scheme without possibility to import: http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/9272/schemaa.png

Yes, you can set one in the "Shortcut" column and another one in the "Alternate" column. > 2. I can name new scheme xnview and export it. But how do i import saved > shortcut schemes in Gwenview - i havent found such feature? Oh. I wasn't even aware the shortcut dialog had such a feature. This dialog is a standard KDE dialog, not something I implemented for Gwenview, so I can't help here.
