Version: (using KDE 4.2.4) OS: Linux Installed from: Fedora RPMs Hi Over time the tempoary directory ~/.kde/tmp* gets filled up with all kinds of temporary kde files, Such as old konsole logs, kaffeine files, etc. Currently it is 850 Mb and counting. SHouldn't the files in this directory be removed at start-up?
The only files in my ./~kde4/tmp dir are some Konqueror crashed session information, but nothing else; even after using this account for some months. Are you using KDE3 applications ? Thanks
I get all kinds of temporary files: konsole logs amarok .css files temporary files from kmail, etc.
- Are you using KDE3 applications ? - If you clean that tmp dir, when does the first logs/temp files appear ? Thanks
