Compiler:          gcc 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

I have attached the kholiday file for India. Not all the "states (provinces)" have same holidays. I have therefore put all the Federal holidays (we call it Central govt. holidays).

Only the fixed dates will be available for now.
