It prints the document just as shown in the print preview which is incorrect. kpdf displays/previews/prints correctly. Acroread also displays/previews/prints correctly. So I think this is something okular is doing (and not ghostscript). A tarball can be found at: [url]http://www.acjlaw.net:8080/~jeremy/bugs/Bug.tgz[\url] This tarball contains a latex source files "bug.tex", "bug.data", "BHO.tex", as well as the compiled pdf. The pdf can be compiled by running "pdflatex --shell-escape bug.tex"
