What I was doing when the application crashed:
I have just loaded the desktop, and Plasma was still loading. I opened network settings and was viewing wireless settings. I then clicked ok to accept the settings and plasma crashed

line 694 is not in rc1; it is, however, in the commit prior to the actual rc1 which contains fixes for this.
