If I go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page the fonts are to small to read.

Try to set the default font size to 15 or 16.
I don't know why it isn't the dfault setting.

This changes the default font size of rekonq from 12 to 16.

I think 16 should be the default font size.
It looks ok on my system. Please confirm

I don't know what should be default font size. Checking other browsers (firefox, konqueror && chrome)
I never seen a so high default value. So, you can surely change your local settings. But I'll wait for other comments to change default value.

I found an old reference to this topic... 12 seems to be the old standard (mostly on macs they have a different default dpi setting 72 and not 96 like windows)

I force my system to use 96dpi for everything guess thats why it looks ok for you, and not for me.

12 pt is default in konqueror and in high resolution screen, so I'd like to let it remain default setting. As said you can always change your local settings.
Comment 9 elmargol 2009-07-31 17:01:30 UTC
Well if you don't think 12pt is wrong then you are calculating the dpi wrong... Just look at the screenshots.

This is 100% an issue.

eh eh.. maybe I'm calculating the dpi wrong.. I'm reading another discussion about this just now and someone is hinting me the 15pt default font size...
Comment 11 Andrea Diamantini 2009-08-01 20:50:32 UTC
Fixed with 16 pt default font size. Markus, you have to learn us calculating dpi a bit better... ;)
