Description Paul Archer 2009-06-29 21:17:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

In konsole v3.*, right-clicking a tab allowed the user to select "send input to all sessions." In konsole v4.*, this has been replaced by a menu item (edit->copy input to...).
[I would prefer to see the right-click on tab functionality brought back, but that's minor.]

The "copy input to..." menu item allow the user to click on a list of open tabs from all open konsole windows, as well as "select all" and "deselect all." But there is no easy way to select the tabs of just the current window. I regularly open between 3 and 20 tabs to do work on many machines at once, and would rather not have to manually select up to 20 tabs by clicking one after another.

This could be fixed by adding a "select all on current window" button.

I'm going to add this to another wish which deals with the same issue.
