Description David Rankin 2009-06-28 09:11:13 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

kde4.3 Beta 4.2.95-1 on Archlinux. kde control center finally has the printer configuration available, but it is broken.

Attempting to access the module gives the error:

Printer Configuration does not provide an interface 'KCModule' system-config-printer-kde/system-config-printer-kde.py

OK, I promise I won't delete the screenshots I have made available on my own site, (3111skyline.com is mine) but I'm happy to upload them if your will fix konqueror so it will remember the last "File-Open" directory location so I don't have to traverse the entire filesystem every time I have to upload one of these screenshots. Traversing to:

/mnt/nirvana-cfg/srv/www/download/openSUSE_bugs/kde4/screenshots/<filename>

is a real pain for multiple files ;-)

I notice you have already created the attachment for me so I will not upload them again. Thanks!

Please run it on the command line and paste the output.

kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde

Maybe this is bug 198632 ?

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I will be closing this bug.
