The right-click context menu for the folder pane should contain the option to set "Prefer HTML to Plain Text". It should also contain the "Remove Duplicates" option.

Yes, the "Folder" menu has them, but it is very inconvenient to have to lose focus to grab a menu item from the main toolbar when the same functionality can be presented in context.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
