Icons disappear when being dragged from one monitor to another.

Happens only when dragging the application launchers, and by dragging the icon image, not the widget settings line.

To reproduce:
- have some links to applications on desktop (NOT desktop folder), by choosing "Add to desktop" in the rclick menu for applications in kickoff launcher;

a)
- hover over the icon for the widget settings bar to appear
- drag the icon *by settings bar* to other monitor
- observe that dragging stops when icon crosses the monitor border
(a bug, but not serious one: expected the dragging to continue smoothly)

b)
- drag icon *by its image* to other monitor
- dragging stops and icon disappears after crossing the monitor border
- expected: dragging to continue (or at least just stop)
- got: icon is nowhere to be seen (until plasma-desktop restart?)
