Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

to reproduce the problem:

switch notification windows for new messages in Kopete on.

get some new messages.

don't remove the new massage notification bubbles.

switch notification windows for new messages in Kopete off.

==> The message notification bubbles are now permanent. There is no way to remove them. The "show" and "ignore" buttons are not working anymore.
