Version: 0.70.90 (using 4.2.90 (KDE 4.2.90 (KDE 4.3 Beta2)) "release 139", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.20-0.4-default When I start Kopete, it pops up a dialog asking "The following contacts are not on your contact list. Would you like to add them?" However, the contacts are already on my contact list. Note that all the contacts are for AIM. For the moment, I have worked around the issue by checking the "Do not ask again" checkbox on the above dialog. This is however not ideal. I have screenshots if you need to see them.
Created attachment 34757 [details] Screenshot showing contact list before quiting Kopete.
Created attachment 34758 [details] When Kopete is restarted, this dialog pops up. Note that the dialog lists all the AIM contacts that are already on my contact list (shown in the previous attachment).
This means that these contacts aren't on AIM server contact list, if you are sure that the contacts are on AIM server contact list (if you start other client and it will show/download your the contacts), please reopen.
