Description Dennis Schridde 2009-06-21 14:29:06 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.90)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.3 Gentoo 4.3.3-r2 p1.2, pie-10.1.5
OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

I just disabled "include in manual fetch" and "fetch regularly" in the account options of several of my DIMAP and POP3 accounts, and since then KMail runs havoc.
It fetches emails from all those accounts in an infinite loop, without any pause in between. (Probably checking each account at least once per second for new mail.)

You reported against an pre version of KDE. Is this still an issue for you?
Comment 2 Dennis Schridde 2010-03-01 12:12:53 UTC
A quick test showed no sign of this issue in 4.3.4 (Debian/Sid). I'll test later on 4.4.0 (Gentoo) and will reopen should it appear again.
