Version: 1.11.1 (using 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1), 4.2.1-4.fc11 Fedora) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.29-0.258.2.3.rc8.git2.fc11.x86_64 Hi, I believe in the KDE3 kmail, it was possible to set threading per folder. That's not possible anymore. In my case, I don't want my inbox threaded, but showing the newest mail on top. In mailinglist folders, I do want threading. Regards, Edwin
It is still possible, but the option is a bit hidden and unintuitive: Next to the quick search above the message list, there are buttons where you can switch sorting, theme and aggregation. For you, aggregation is the important one, there are some predefined aggregations without threading. With the checkbox "Folder Always Uses This Aggregation" you can set the aggregation per folder.
