Version: 2.2.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic I recently printed some scans using gwenview. the problem is, that some of the scans were printed with inverted colors. printing with gimp worked flawlessly. I printed the "broken" files multiple times with gwenview, every time with the same result - inverted colors. other images of the same scanning process worked. I'm sorry, I can't publish the pictures as they contain sensitive data. perhaps this helps: images aquired with Irfanview using a Syscan Travelscan 464 with windows xp, printed over network on a samsung ml1410 on kubuntu 9.04 x64 greetings
Strange... can you attach an image which can be used to reproduce that bug?
Perhaps related to bug 311020, but there it's a bug in kipiplugins. There also is a sample image that can be used to reproduce this bug.
Is this still valid for Gwenview 4.10.1 or later? I don't have a color printer to test. The test file is here: https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=75579
Yes, printing to a PDF still leads to inverted colors (Gwenview 4.10.1, Kubuntu 13.04).
Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved.
Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Gwenview 25.08.0 (the latest released version)?
