I've configured Kopete notifications so I'm told when a contact becomes online (which is a must for me as my girlfriend gets mad at me if I don't talk to her just after she logs on :P) but said notification isn't shown nor heard.

After testing a bit, no contact related notification actually happens, as no notification happens when a contact status has changed nor when a contact goes offline, after being configured to do so as previously stated.

The bug is no longer present in Kubuntu KDE 4.3 rc3 packages.
