Version: 0.10.0 (using KDE 4.2.4) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages If I click on the toolbar button to enter full-screen mode and I have set digiKam to hide the toolbar when in full-screen mode, I cannot get back to normal mode using any obvious means: F11, ESC, context menu item, etc. I had to go online and find out that the hot key to get back is Ctrl-Shift-F. I know there are other bug reports about the choice of hot key, but a user has to know which hot key to use in advance, as there does not appear to be any way to get back using only the mouse under the conditions I have described. I suggest adding the ability to switch between full-screen mode and normal mode to a right-click content menu when in full-screen mode, as at least it won't leave an ignorant user like me stranded when I don't know the hot key.
ESC keys has always work here... Gilles Caulier
Not for me. I even pressed the ESC key really hard lots of times while swearing loudly and it still didn't help. Maybe you have a custom hot key setting (I don't) or a different version of digiKam (I'm on 0.10.0) or it does something different when the toolbar is visible (my toolbar is not visible).
