Version: 3.5.9 (using 3.5.10, Debian Package 4:3.5.10.dfsg.1-0lenny1 (lenny/sid)) Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.26-2-amd64 When adding a new reminder the default should be "before start". I think, this is the more useful entry and makes the difference! One reminder directly before the start, one more entry one day earlier, that is the way I use this option. The best option would be to make it configerable.
I see... If you check the box, it will add a "Before the start" reminder, but, if you add a new advanced reminder it will be "After the start". Not consistent.
