Version:            (using KDE 4.2.90)

It is often case that you actually correct the image. In such case it is useful to match the preview (usually the grid) against the image. To do so, you enter negative values (for preview) but at the end the image is rotated "backwards".

If it is confusing, please test gimp, it has corrective rotation implemented.

Sorry, we will not in the near future get down to this. If someone comes up with a patch, with a good interaction design and a solid usecase we will happily accept it, but we're just too busy now.
