Any sample document showing the issue? Does it happen often? Can you reproduce it reliably?
A sample document can be found here: http://people.debian.org/~tille/talks/200703_beamer/index_de.html Both "Vortrag als PDF" and "Demo Vortrag (PDF)" show the issue as well as a document I'm creating at the moment. In the last 2 hours it crashed about 15 times, so yeah it crashes often. I cannot really reproduce it reliably. Sometimes it crashes when I open the document, sometimes I can go through the document for a few minutes without crashing.
Cannot reproduce the problem here. Do all the backtraces look the same as the one you posted? Also, it seems you are using development version, so please update it to latest SVN.
No some backtraces looked different, but anyway the problem seems to be fixed in the latest revision, no crash since the update.
