It would be nice if the user could browse attached files as thumbnails in order to find the message that he needs.

1) A bug filed on 2009-06-12  could not possibly be a dupe of a bug filed on 2009-06-30.

2) That bug requests that thumbnails be displayed when mousing over specific messages. This bug requests that thumbnails be shown far all message attachments in a "search window" to help the user find the message that he is looking for, assuming that he knows which attachment is in it.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
