On my Jabber contacts, if I choose for one that has no contact photo to take the one from the KDE addressbook, this change is not shown in the contact list immediately (but later, somewhen after Kopete restart it can be seen).

The mentioned addressbook is from an Akonadi source, if this plays a role.

It could play a role in this bug. What type of akonadi source is the contact photo coming from?

Cannot reproduce this any longer in Kopete 15.08.1.
