This term seems to be a literal translation of "semantic information". "Semantic" in this context refers to "Semantic Web" and related technologies, and thus hints at the technical underpinnings of this feature. So it is already not a very good term for a UI, even in the English version. But the German translation lacks this technical relation, and instead literally translates "semantic" based on the original sense of the word. The common German term to capture the original technical meaning would be "semantische Information" (compare, e.g., "Semantic Web: Grundlagen"; Hitzler, Krötzsch, Rudolph, Sure; Springer Berline, 2007). But again, using a technically motivated term in the UI is a bad idea, since the user does not care what technology this feature is based upon! Something like "Zusätzliche Information" (additional information) or maybe just "Anmerkungen" (notes/comments) might be more suitable. "Bedeutingsinformation" clearly is a bug since it is neither a proper technical term nor an expressions that conveys any meaning.
