In http://serverclone.com/bugreports/regalitos.pdf you find a PDF file that displays like screenshot in http://serverclone.com/bugreports/regalitos-snapshot.jpg 

Is a ghostview issue because is displays correctly in kpdf

Is displayed correctly in Okular.
