Apparently the advanced slideshow defaults to "include subfolders" which IMHO it should not, but even if, there should be a way to disable this. Currently if one wants to see only the pictures in the parent folder one would have to select them and then start the slideshow with "show only selected pictures" instead of just starting the slideshow in a folder and checking "include sub-folders" if one wants that. Actually a list where one could select the sub-folders one wants to include would be even better as it would not force the user to choose between "include all" and "none" sub-folders. Yet that would be a different request. Currently, even if I selected some pictures "show only selected pictures" is disabled i.e. cannot be activated. This prevents working around the default "include all sub-folders". digikam is 1.0 svn and kipi: kipi-plugins-lang-0.3-5.10 libkipi-devel-4.2.4-1.4 kipi-plugins-0.3-5.10 libkipi6-4.2.4-1.4
I patched a lot of stuff here. Sven, selection is working again in current SVN. The rest of the request needs to be analyzed... Andi
Sven, This file still valid using kipi-plugins 2.4 ? Gilles Caulier
The only options available are: "All pictures from the album" "Selected pictures" "Custom" "All pictures from this folder" is still missing. Of course it is possible to pick all pictures manually, but either the above option or a checkbox "include sub-folders" would be a lot more comfortable.
Implemented with current implementation of git/master (4.11.0). Note : this depend of course how you show icon view contents (recursively with sub-albums or not) Gilles Caulier
