I get this message when I select kde 4.3 beta 2:

You have not selected your KDE version. Please select the version of KDE you are using. If you don't know your KDE version, you can find it out by starting the KDE Control Center. Alternatively, you can start the application that causes your bug and use the entry from the 'Help->Report Bug...' menu entry. This will automatically fill in most information for you. 

I've tried several times with konqeror and firefox.
