Description Oliver Putz 2009-06-02 23:57:14 UTC
Version: 2.2.3 (using 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3), Gentoo)
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-gentoo-r6

Steps to reproduce:

1) Download some file via kget
2) Download the same file again
3) Choose a different filename and click save
4) Say ok to the warning that you already downloaded this very file once
5) See that kget wants to actually override the old file despite the fact that you supplied a different filename in step 3

Should be fixed in the current version. The new filename is now taken into account correctly.
