Description Martin Zbořil 2009-05-27 04:50:23 UTC
Version:           2.0.96 (using 4.2.86 (KDE 4.2.86 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090514)) "release 126", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.21-0.1-default

after jumping to next song, osd is shown, selection jumps to next one and nothing happens, meaning no sound, no nothing.. after pressing play again, songs' get played and stops again on the next one.

It does not crash, however renders amarok totally useless.
Comment 1 Martin Zbořil 2009-05-27 05:19:24 UTC
I cannot reproduce this behaviour after killing amarok, it could be caused by some application trying to use audio in same time (welcome in windows 98) as some which dont know pulseaudio sometimes do or by the new replaygain which was switched on track.
Comment 2 Stephen Baker 2009-07-01 04:14:16 UTC
This same behavior affects me in Amarok 2.1.1 (KDE 4, QT 4.5.1, Gentoo Linux)

Stephen, please make sure you are using the Xine backend.
