Description k.koepernik 2009-05-26 14:27:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Hi,

I defined Ctrl+Alt+1, Ctrl+Alt+2 ... to switch desktops
In KDE 3 I used to also define Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1 ... to move a window to the
desktop 1 ...
The hotkey is accepted by the hotkey-module in systemsettings, however
it is represented as Ctrl+Alt+! (for shift 1) and Ctrl+Alt+@ (for shift 2) ...
This is fine by me, except that it is not working the way it should.
Nothing happens when the hotky is pressed.
It worked in KDE3 but does not in KDE4... no matter which subversion.
I would really appreciate a bugfix, since obviously the above mentioned
hotkeys form a consistent set for me.
Thanks for the superb work you've all done.

Klaus
