(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: khtml
Version: 3.0 (KDE 2.1 Beta 2)
Severity: normal
Installed from: RH7 RPMS http://www.linux-easy.com/daily
Compiler: gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.0)
OS: Linux 2.2.17-11smp i686 (Red Hat Linux 7.0)

<label for="lname" accesskey="l"><u>L</u>ast Name</label>
<input name="lname">

doesn't work as it should. When user presses Alt-L it
should focus "lname" input (it's HTML 4.0 function and
it's used quite widely for example on USPS website).
