Some days ago I fixed a crash on KWrite/Kate related to encodings. Could you please install the "kdelibs5-debuginfo" package and generate a new backtrace ? Thanks!

I clear ~/.kde4 krusader & krusaderrc and edit file but krusader crash Steps for crash: 1) open crusader 2) on my file: open with help - Kate (kwrite) - crash Kate (kwrite) 3) After this steps Kate (kwrite) crash when I edit this file
Try with the next KDE packages version (4.2.87) you should not get the crash anymore.
