If you can reproduce at will.. can you start Kontact from Konsole, then reproduce the crash (clicking the button) and finally pasting here the shell output from Konsole... (specialy the "ASSERT" line). Thanks
It happened again. A new message in an IMAP-folder is marked as unread. I click on it and right after that i hit the SPAM-button. Then kontact crashes. Err... no Assert this time, so the crash was different. You will have to install the "kdepim-dbg" package to get a better backtrace. (if you want) Thanks

@Scotty, your backtrace is unrelated to this report (and lacks the debug symbols). It is solved in a kmail version from kde 4.2 or 4.3, since Q3.... is not used anymore in those versions.

@Scotty: Please open a new bug with your backtrace after you read http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports But remember that your posted problem in comment#3 is already fixed (just try to update to a newer KDE version than 4.1).
