Version: (using KDE 4.2.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages I am using the german translation of KDE, so the option or button names in my description may differ from the original... Up to KDE version 4.1.2 (it came with Ubuntu 8.10), selecting "Manually Saved Session" in the systemsessings caused a "Save Session Now" button to appear in the "K" Menu (in the "Logout" section). This was the desired behaviour. Since the first update of the KDE packages vie the Ubuntu package updater, the option in the systemsettings is still seemingly available, but has no effect anymore, i.e. the "Save Session Now" button is gone. I waited and hoped for KDE 4.2 (it came with Ubuntu 9.04), but that button is still gone. I did a new installation, not a system upgrade. Please give me back my "Save Session Now" button. Thanks and Regards, Markus
