Description Aditya Kavoor 2009-05-14 05:57:22 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I have a panel to the left which has my most frequently used applications. Every time I reboot/login, the panel expands to a larger size. The original size set is not maintained. I need to click on the cashew and then resize it at every login.

OS: Kubuntu 9.04 with kde 4.2.3

can you post a screenshot of the panel controller open (to see maximum/minimum settings) when the size is correct and when is expanded? (also could be worth trying on 4.3 beta1 since there were some fixes in that area)

by saying 'panel controller open', do you mean the window that shows up when the cashew is clicked?

yes

I can't reproduce it in KDE SC 4.4 beta 2, Qt 4.6.0. Is the bug still present in KDE SC 4.3.4 or newer?

Closing as WORKSFORME. Reopen if you experience this again with a recent KDE SC. Thanks
